I completed recertification requirements, but the expiration date still says 12/31 of this year and the status is “pending cycle.” What does this mean and when will my new cycle dates show?

You will notice the status “pending cycle” when all recertification requirements have been met, but the next cycle has not yet begun. Your current cycle is valid through 12/31 of the current year and when you begin your next cycle in January of the upcoming year, your record will be updated with the new expiry date, 7 years from the start date.
