When will my certificate order be shipped?

Certificate orders are processed and shipped within 6 to 8 weeks of being placed.

Shipping carriers

• Domestic orders are shipped via USPS.
• International orders are shipped via DHL/FedEx.

Tracking your order

Once your order is ready to ship, The Award Group (TAG) will automatically send you a tracking email with your shipment details. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Important to know

• Processing times may vary. If it has been more than 8 weeks and you have not received a tracking email, contact the BPS Customer Experience team for assistance.
