How do I apply for certification?

You can apply for BPS certification by submitting an online application through your My BPS account. Before applying, make sure you meet the eligibility requirements for the certification specialty you are pursuing. Once your application is approved, you'll receive an Authorization to Test (ATT) email so you can schedule your exam with Pearson VUE.

How to Apply

1. Sign in to your MyBPS account.
2. Select the certification specialty you wish to apply for.
3. Complete the online application.
4. Upload all required supporting documentation.
5. Review your application to ensure all information is accurate.
6. Submit your application and pay the required application fee.

After you submit your application:

• BPS reviews your application to verify that you meet the eligibility requirements.
• If additional information is needed, you'll be contacted by the BPS Customer Experience team.
• Once your application is approved, you'll receive an Authorization to Test (ATT) email.
• Use the information in your ATT email to schedule your exam with Pearson VUE.
